Juice Bottles (glass and plastic)
Accepted with curbside recycling or recycling centers. You may keep caps on but please wash the bottle out!
Not recyclable locally, but check www.terracycle.com for fund-raising opportunities for your school.
Juice Cans (metal): Accepted with curbside recycling or at recycling centers.
Juice Concentrate Containers (Frozen)
Unfortunately, not recyclable and must be placed in the garbage. The cardboard the tube is made is coated and therefore not recyclable. The metal ends when just thrown in loose fall through the machines and end up in the trash.
Accepted with curbside recycling or at one of our recycling centers. Shred any items with important numbers like credit card or social security numbers, or ask at your local financial institution if they take items to be shredded. To reduce what you receive, go to www.directmail.com or www.catalogchoice.org. You may also bring items that need shredded to one of our shredding events throughout the year. Check our website for dates.
